Apartment located on the ninth floor of the Acuarium Park Building with frontal sea views.  

The apartment has been recently renovated, creating a very cozy and familiar atmosphere. The apartment has an approximate area of 50 square meters distributed in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for 4 people, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, oven, microwave, large refrigerator and ceramic hob. The front-loading washing machine is located in the kitchen. To hang the clothes it has the folding clothesline that can be placed on the terrace. Finally to inform that it has dishwasher, something that not all the apartments have and that is very useful when we are on vacations and we do not want to spend the day scrubbing.

It has the living room designed in such a way that you can be eating quietly in the dining room, and the children sitting in the living room watching TV without disturbing each other. The living room has a huge corner sofa that converts into a sofa bed that is high-end. The TV in the living room, in addition to the national channels, has the international satellite installed. The split air conditioning is located on a wall of the dining room from which you can distribute the air throughout the apartment.

The bedroom is accessed from the dining room, has a double bed of 135cm and two bedside tables one on each side of the bed with their respective bedside lamps. The bedroom has a very large and comfortable built-in closet. Also inside the room we have placed a television so you can enjoy your favorite program quietly from the bed.

The bathroom was completely changed, placing a very large shower, being its access very easy and comfortable. It also has a large mirror with lights, with two drawers to store all your toiletries. 

The terrace is covered with a very nice square surface that allows you to eat and have breakfast for 4 people enjoying the magnificent frontal views that the apartment offers. In addition for security we have put some crystals in the railing to avoid any scare with the little ones of the house. 

The Aquarium Park Building has direct access to the promenade of the beach of La Fossa in Calpe. The building has a beautiful communal pool with artificial grass around it, where you can sunbathe, play cards and enjoy your family vacation in an enviable place. 

The apartment is in a privileged area that is close to everywhere. The Mercadona supermarket is less than 300 meters away, the bus stop is less than 200 meters, although the use of the car in Calpe is almost unnecessary, you can go everywhere on foot. Along the promenade you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and cafes, at good prices and good quality. 

The port of Calpe and the famous Peñon de Ifach are only 1 km from the complex.
