There is a supermarket at the entrance to the building. The bus stop is just 100 metres away. The promenade has the city's best restaurants. It is also full of ice cream parlours, cafés and some places to have a drink in the evening.

The Peñon de Ifach is 500 metres from the property and the Salinas, another beautiful natural park, is 200 metres away. The Peñon de Ifach can be climbed by walking along a path and from the top you can take beautiful photos of the whole village.
