The Esmeralda is situated at the beginning of the Fossa-Levante beach in Calpe, with views of the entire beach and the famous Rock of Calpe, The Peñon de Ifach. With fantastic communal areas composed of 3 swimming pools, garden and relaxing areas.

The apartment has a surface of 50 square meters distributed in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living/dining room, American kitchen and a great terrace with views to the sea and the Peñon de Ifach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery for 4 people, pots and pans, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, blender, oven and microwave.

The living room has a TV, a sofa and the dining room has a dining table and 4 chairs.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and two night stands, along with a built in wardrobe.

You can also enjoy sitting out on the large terrace, as it has a table and 4 chairs to be able to have breakfast whilst enjoying the beautiful sea views.

The Esmeralda building is in the front line at the begging of the fossa beach, it has amazing views for the whole beach, so by simply looking out the window you can see the magnificent sand beach of Calpe and the great Peñon de Ifach, the beach has access for disabled people, the local businesses include fantastic restaurants all along the beach front, were you can ejoy everything from typical Spanish food, artisanal Ice-creams, international food, a nice coffee in the Cafés or even a lovely cocktail whilst looking out to sea. Two of the main Spanish supermarkets are only 200meters away from the building. The Peñon de Ifach is 500 meters away, You can visit the Calpe Port which is only 300 meters away, or maybe take some photos of the beautiful Natrual Park ‘Las Salinas’ were all year round the flamingos love to cool down.
