The apartment has an area of 50m2 divided into:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a window to the terrace.

- 1 bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet.

- American kitchen renovated with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee machine, juicer, kitchen utensils, pots (one of which is a pressure cooker), pans, utensils for 4 people.

- Living room with sofa bed, dining table with four chairs and television. 

- Terrace overlooking the sea with a table and 4 white plastic chairs. 

The apartament has air conditioning in the living room.

The capacity of the apartament is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The Turmalina building is located in a privileged area in the centre of the promenade of la fossa beach in Calpe. The building has large communal areas with three swimming pools, two tennis courts and a mini-golf course. There is also a 24-hour reception. 

La Fossa beach is one of the best beaches in Spain, awarded the Q flag for quality and the blue flag. It stands out for its clean sand and crystal-clear waters. The promenade is full of good restaurants where you can try typical local dishes, cafés, ice cream parlours, beach shops and some pubs where you can have a drink in the evening.
