The apartment has an area of 50 square meters distributed in:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with their respective lamps, a built-in closet and a window overlooking the terrace.  Split air conditioning.

- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and toilet.

- American kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, utensils for 4 people.

- Living room with a double sofa bed, dining table with four chairs, 32” plasma TV, and chest of drawers with coffee and breakfast cups. Split air conditioning.

- Terrace overlooking the sea with a table and 4 white plastic chairs. 

The Turmalina building is located in a privileged area in the center of the promenade of the beach of La Fossa in Calpe. The building has large communal areas with three swimming pools and two tennis courts and a mini golf (for a fee). 

The beach of La Fossa is one of the best beaches in Spain, awarded with the Q flag of quality and the blue flag. It stands out for its clean sand and crystal clear waters. The promenade is full of good restaurants where you can taste the typical food of the town, cafes, ice cream parlors, beach items store and some pubs where you can have a drink at nightfall.
