The Turmalina building is located in a privileged area in the center of the promenade of the beach of La Fossa in Calpe. The building has large communal areas with three swimming pools and two tennis courts and a mini golf course (for a fee). 

The beach of La Fossa is one of the best beaches in Spain, awarded with the Q flag of quality and the blue flag. It stands out for its clean sand and crystal clear waters. The promenade is full of good restaurants where you can taste the typical food of the town, cafes, ice cream parlors, beach items store and some pubs where you can have a drink at nightfall.
