The flat does NOT have air-conditioning, because by opening both terraces it has enough ventilation.

The building Esmeralda is situated on the first line of the beach of La Fossa, at the beginning of the sandy beach with amazing views over the whole beach of La Fossa and the Peñon de Ifach, with access for disabled people in front, the commercial premises downstairs are two restaurants but along the promenade you can find all kinds of restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours; two of the biggest supermarkets are 200 metres away. The Peñon de Ifach is situated 500 metres away. You can visit the fishing harbour, which is about 300 metres away, and take some nice pictures of the natural landscape of Las Salinas, 100 metres away. If you like sport, ask us about the maritime activities that Calpe offers, such as scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, etc.
