The Paraiso Mar Apartments are situated on the promenade of La Fossa beach in Calpe. With one of the best communal areas consisting of three communal swimming pools, a spa with hot water for the winter, an English bowling alley (a game similar to Spanish petanque) and garden areas to relax in. 

There is a supermarket at the entrance of the building. The bus stop is only 100 metres away. The promenade has the best restaurants in town. It is also full of ice cream parlours, cafes, and some places where you can have a drink in the evening.

The Peñon de Ifach is 500 metres from the building and the Salinas, another beautiful natural park, is 200 metres away. The Peñon de Ifach can be climbed by walking along a path and from the top you can take some nice pictures of the whole village.
