- Living-dining room with a double sofa-bed, dining table with four chairs, 32" plasma TV, and chest of drawers. 

- Terrace with sea views with a table and 4 white plastic chairs. 

- 2nd terrace with views to the sea and Moraira. On this terrace there is also a table with four chairs for breakfast. 

The building Turmalina is situated in a privileged area in the centre of the promenade of the beach of la fossa in Calpe. The building has large communal areas with three swimming pools, two tennis courts and a mini golf course. There is also a 24h reception. 

La Fossa beach is one of the best beaches in Spain, awarded with the Q flag for quality and the blue flag. It stands out for its clean sand and crystal clear waters. The promenade is full of good restaurants where you can try the typical local food, cafes, ice cream parlours, beach shops and some pubs where you can have a drink in the evening.
